Professionalism, accurate candidate-employer matching and polite, friendly service.
We figure that, plus some elbow grease, and we might just be able to keep everyone happy, all of the time!
A word from our Principal
After completing a Law Degree in Newcastle I entered the world of recruitment through a Basingstoke based company that specialised in the Aerospace and Defence sectors. Unfortunately for me 9/11 had just hit and the repercussions were severe as a lot of companies froze their recruitment programmes over night to take stock of the global significance of the event.
You may think that starting a brand new job with a fierce reputation for it’s competitiveness in markets that have just had the stuffing thumped out of them was not the smartest move, but I found that by applying core principals I was able to build up a successful desk and establish a happy and loyal candidate/client base.
When I think about those core values now they go beyond the normal things you would expect to see from your recruiter such as professionalism, accurate matching and polite, friendly service to actually really giving a damn about the long term effects of the recruitment exercise and the effect it will have on the lives of the people involved.
